What this site is for

This website provides information about our practice and lets you contact us and request appointments. Requesting an appointment online is a request, not a confirmed booking, until we confirm it with you. Nothing on the site is medical advice; see our Healthcare Disclaimer.

Your use of the site

You may view, download and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy our content for republication, use it to train automated systems, scrape the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that is unlawful or harms others. Text, images, logos and design on this site belong to True Chiropractic San Diego or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Messages you send us

Do not send detailed health information, images or documents through public website forms. We collect that information securely after you become a patient. Messages sent through the site are not monitored around the clock; if you have an urgent problem, call (858) 279-7300 during business hours or seek emergency care.

Outside services and links

Our scheduler, map, review displays and chat are operated by other companies under their own terms. Links to outside websites are offered for convenience; we do not control them and do not endorse their content.

No warranties

The site and its content are provided as they are. We do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free or current, and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, True Chiropractic San Diego and its providers and staff are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or its content. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law, and it does not apply to the care we provide you as a patient, which is governed by your patient agreements and applicable law.

Calls, texts and recorded calls

When you give us your phone number — on a form, by chat, by phone or in person — you agree that True Chiropractic San Diego and the scheduling and messaging services working on our behalf may contact you at that number by phone call and text message (SMS/MMS) about your care: appointment requests, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, follow-up after a visit, billing questions and answers to questions you asked us. Some of these messages may be sent using automated technology, including prerecorded or artificial-voice messages.

We will send you marketing or promotional texts only if you separately opt in to them. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of receiving care or making a purchase.

Message frequency varies with your care. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts from us; reply HELP for help or call (858) 279-7300. After you text STOP we may send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Calls to and from our office may be recorded or monitored for quality, training and record-keeping where the law allows. If you do not wish to be recorded, tell us at the start of the call and we will note your request.

Your phone number and your text opt-in status are used for the purposes above and are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the website will be brought in the courts located in or serving San Diego, California, unless the law requires otherwise.
