Anti-Discrimination Notice
Our policy
True Chiropractic San Diego follows applicable federal and CA civil rights laws. We do not exclude people, treat them differently or deny them care because of race, color, national origin, age, disability or sex, including sexual orientation and gender identity. This applies to every part of our practice: scheduling, care, billing and communication.
Help we provide
If you have a disability, we offer free aids and services so you can communicate with us effectively, such as written materials in accessible formats and, where needed, qualified interpreters. If English is not your primary language, we offer free language assistance, including interpretation and translated information, when it is needed to receive care. To request either, ask any team member or call (858) 279-7300.
If you believe you were treated unfairly
You may file a grievance with our practice. Tell us in person, by phone at (858) 279-7300, by mail at 4344 Convoy St, Suite C-1, San Diego, CA 92111. We will help you file if you need assistance, and we will not retaliate against anyone who raises a concern.
